Joe is one of the best tradesmen/professionals I have done business with. His integrity and honesty is top to none. After agreeing on the scope of work and making the initial deposit, I made a slight change to the scope of work due to my new preference. Joe re-evaluated the quote and told me that the quote has reduced due to the changes in the scope of work…….Many tradesmen/professional would have seen that as an extra gain to themselves or even increased the quote due to the owner changing the work scope.
I also need mention is that he maintained open communication throughout. He was easily access via multiple channel (call, text or email) and he is very knowledge about windows. He shared so many insights with me which i found immensely valuable. He handled the entire paperwork, engineering drawing etc. The job done passed the city inspection out rightly! I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family.

“I am ever so grateful to Joseph and his very capable crew for my new egress window! This company is the best! I had initially hired a different contractor to cut the hole in my foundation and install my egress window but subsequently discovered after he was finished the work that it was done wrong, window installation was poor (it leaked when it rained!), lintel was different from structural engineer’s drawings (the work has to match these drawings), and the permit inspection failed! Then said he had to charge me more to fix HIS mistake!!
