Although individual requirements may vary, most of our jobs include the following:
- Permits and engineering.
- Explaining different window options and selling you the correct window for your specific situation.
- Doing the “dig prep”.
- Digging a new drain to the existing weeping tile and installing a new vertical drain.
- Doing the interior prep.
- Cutting the concrete; creating or enlarging the opening in your stone, wood, or block foundation.
- Installing a pressure treated wood buck.
- Installing the window.
- Installing the lintel (where required.)
- Install a metal window well, or build on site and install a pressure treated wood well.
- Back-fill.
- Patch the drywall on the interior (if included in the job scope.)
- Haul away the debris.
- Haul away the extra soil (if included in the job scope.)
- Permit inspection.
